The Intrad School Of Executive Coaching (ISEC) functions as an independent division of Intrad Consult. ISEC has programs and coaching assignments that are founded on The Inner Coach Model that has its roots in sports psychology. It provides principles, methods, and tools to assist self-learning because a coach’s prime responsibility is to facilitate learning and ensure the client’s growth through better performance at the workplace. We work with organisations and individuals and our clients range from Fortune 100 organizations to start-ups, across sectors such as Information Technology, Energy, Heavy Engineering, Banking and Manufacturing among others.
